You can mix and alternate from mornings to afternoons depending on your availability each day.

The program fees:

For Runners: $100 per month
For Triathletes: $149 per month
NEW: Add $25.00 per month for our new evening swim workout on Mondays @ Gibson Pool from 6:30 – 7:30 pm

All fees are non refundable and can be prorated.
