Daniel Chaves is an Olympic marathon runner who competed in the Tokyo 2021 Olympic Games representing Brazil. He is a highly experienced running performance consultant with over twenty years of experience as an athlete and coach.
Daniel has competed in several World Championships, Pan American and South American Games, cross country races, and some of the world’s most prestigious road running events. Having trained and competed with some of the best coaches and athletes in the world during his time in Europe, Daniel has acquired the necessary knowledge and experience to help athletes of all levels reach their goals.
His expertise includes running biomechanics and technique analysis, interval training for speed development, strength and conditioning for endurance events, advanced recovery strategies, and mental preparation for competition.
